10ex.ai is an autonomous Go-to-Market (GTM) engine that provides AI-powered workflow automation, demand generation, and business process optimization services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Collect or harvest information about other users

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fairfax Investment Partners LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAIRFAX INVESTMENT PARTNERS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fairfax Investment Partners LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
